1. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities (India): 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities (India): 4–7 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to external factors like courier delays, strikes, or natural events. In case of any unexpected delay, our team will assist you with updates or next steps.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is shipped.

3. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship within India only.
  • International shipping is not available at the moment.

4. Courier Partners

Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, etc, depending on your delivery location.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping may be free as part of promotions.
  • Applicable shipping fees (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select locations and may include an additional handling charge shown at checkout.

6. Tracking Orders

After dispatch, you will receive tracking details to monitor your order’s status until delivery.

7. Failed Deliveries

Mohalla is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, unreachable contact numbers, or unavailability of the recipient. If the parcel is returned due to such issues, it can be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.

8. Damaged or Lost Parcels

In the rare event that your parcel is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for damage) or within a reasonable time for lost parcels. We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue, and if confirmed, offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
