Refunds & Returns Policy
At Mohalla, we want you to love your sneakers. That’s why we offer a 7-day trial/return period. If you’re not satisfied, you can easily request a return straight from your order confirmation email.
1. Return Window
- You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
For a return to be approved:
- Sneakers must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- All goodies (stickers, gifts, or accessories) included in the box must also be returned.
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing packaging/tags/goodies will not qualify.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional items are non-returnable.
- Limited edition drops may only be eligible for store credit/discount codes.
4. How to Request a Return
- Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
- Click the “View Order” button in the email → log in using your OTP-based login → request a return.
- After your request is approved, our logistics partner will arrange a pickup.

Once the sneakers pass our quality check, your refund will be processed.

5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change size or style, please return your order and place a new one separately.
Note: Exchanges are only possible through the return-and-reorder process. Prices or availability may vary at the time of reorder, and restock differences may apply.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please upload an unboxing video showing the package and shipping label clearly via your order return request.
This helps us resolve the issue quickly and transparently.
7. Refund Policy
Once your return passes the quality check, your refund will be processed promptly.
Refund Timelines:
- All orders on Mohalla are prepaid. Refunds are initiated to your original payment method within 48 hours of quality approval.
- Refunds may take 5–7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
- Refund amount will include deduction of shipping costs.
Partial Refunds:
If your order contains multiple items, partial refunds are available for the items returned successfully. The rest of the order will remain valid.
Important Notes:
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
- Refunds for limited edition/special drops may be issued as store credit or discount codes.
